After delivery, you have 21 days to test drive your premium used car.

All instamotion vehicles have at least a 1-year warranty and at least a 1-year TÜV.

Bought the vehicle you wanted? Congratulations!
You will now receive an email with a detailed list of the documents required for registration and delivery.
These are:
- Identity card
- Signed purchase agreement
- SEPA mandate for the collection of vehicle tax
- Your EVB (e-insurance confirmation)
- If applicable, your desired license plate
The buyer must make the payment by bank transfer within 2 working days of signing the vehicle purchase contract. The vehicle is reserved within this period.
Delivery to your doorstep
The vehicles can be delivered anywhere in Europe for a fee that varies between €250 and €600 depending on the buyer's location. Please visit our Delivery Costs tab to get an estimated price. If you cannot find your country in the table, please contact us for a quote. You arrange your delivery date with one of our delivery drivers and approximately 5 working days later your new dream car will be at your doorstep. And then? You have 21 days to get to know your new car. If you don't like it, you can benefit from our 100% money-back guarantee.
Documentation and handover
When the vehicle is handed over, the delivery person will give the buyer the vehicle documents and keys. On the day of handover, the buyer must present an identification document (ID card/passport or driving license) to prove that he is the person we have registered as the buyer.
We provide you with all documents related to the purchase of your vehicle:
- Vehicle registration certificate
- Purchase agreement
- The invoice
- Short-term license plate (if required)
- Keys
Return, Cancellation and Refund
After delivery of the vehicle, the buyer can use our 21-day trial period to ensure that the vehicle matches the Immensae Auto GmbH vehicle description. During this period, the buyer has the option to accept or reject the vehicle. Malfunctions or damage to parts of the vehicle that were not described in the vehicle description at the time of purchase entitle the buyer to reject the vehicle and request a refund. If the vehicle does not match the description, we will collect the vehicle ourselves at no cost to the buyer and refund the payment in full.
Vehicle information
The buyer expressly acknowledges that all vehicles have been previously checked by our team of experienced technicians to ensure that we have not overlooked anything. The vehicle information may consist of one or more types of information, each of which must be clearly marked as such on our platform on the vehicle description and photos.
Immensae Auto GmbH guarantees that for each vehicle offered for sale: the make, model and year of first registration are correct as listed:
- the images displayed accurately reflect the general appearance of the vehicle, both inside and out, at the time of sale;
- the legal ownership of the vehicle will pass to the buyer after payment for the vehicle;
- the odometer reading of the vehicle at the time of the offer for sale is accurate and is not less than the odometer reading shown under the vehicle's registration number in the most recent Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) information available online or through the main dealer.
If any of the above conditions are not met, we will refund the purchase price and all buyer fees and applicable taxes.
